Yin Yoga

This is a 75 minute yin yoga practice where we will practice slowing down and grounding. We will gently get into different yoga postures and stay in them for anywhere from 3-10 ish minutes. This is a helpful practice for creating more ease, space and fluidity in the joints and connective tissues in the body. It also gives us a chance to slow down and practice being aware of our experience as it unfolds at a slower pace.
