Mobility & Meditation

We will practice about 45 minutes of mobility-based movement practices along with 15 minutes of guided meditation. Mobility movements are exercises and movement practices designed to improve the active range of motion, control, flexibility, and functional movement capacity of joints and surrounding tissues, helping the body move more efficiently, comfortably, and with greater stability.

Mobility movements are personalized movement practices that help restore natural movement patterns, improve joint function, reduce stiffness, and enhance body awareness. These exercises may incorporate principles from mobility training, stretching, breathwork, Qi Gong, and functional movement education.
